A $36-million US settlement has been reached for 18 victims of the horrific bus crash involving members of the Windsor Wildcats hockey team six years ago.
The deal was reached Monday in Rochester, N.Y. among the victims’ lawyers, the bus company and the trucking company whose tractor-trailer was a part of the January 2005 incident.

BUCYRUS, Ohio —
One person is dead after a bus crash involving members of the University of Mount Union wrestling team, Fox 8 News reports.
According to the Bucyrus Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at approximately 11 p.m. Tuesday on U.S. Route 30 in Crawford County.
The bus was carrying the wrestling team, coaches, statisticians, an athletic trainer and athletic-training students. It was returning to campus following a match at Ohio Northern University.

Canadian Lawyers are already in the process of filing a class action lawsuit against Merck, the makers of Propecia, a hair loss drug which although often effective, has been alleged to cause several severe side effects.
Various clinical studies (including the Propecia FDA trials) and consumer reports on Finasteride (often sold as Propecia or Finpecia) indicate a certain percentage of men may experience negative sexual side effects from the drug, including decreased libido or sex drive, erectile dysfunction, and decreased ejaculate volume while on the medication.
In addition, the manufacturer warns against possible physical changes to the body, including breast enlargement (gynecomastia), breast lumps, breast pain, or nipple discharge.
