Lawsuit Filed against CL&P

Jazlowiecki & Jazlowiecki filed a lawsuit Friday against Connecticut Light & Power on behalf of The Asylum LLC. The Canton hair salon is suing CL&P for economic damages resulting from the extended power outage in Connecticut which began on October 29th after the arrival of Winter Storm Alfred. The lawsuit alleges various misconduct on the part of CL&P which has caused the unreasonable and excessive delays in power restoration to many areas of Connecticut.
